Refund policy

Every WithSouls piece is made to carry meaning — we want you to feel completely right in what you wear. If something isn't quite it, here's how we make it right.

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving your last item, without needing to give a reason. To start a return, go to your account and open the order you'd like to return, then follow the steps to submit your request.

Returning an Item
Once your request is submitted, please send the item back within 14 days. Return shipping is at your own cost. We ask that items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Refunds
Once we receive your return, we'll refund your payment (including standard outbound shipping) within 14 days, to your original payment method.

Defective or Damaged Items
If your piece arrives damaged, misprinted, or faulty, that's on us — send us clear photos within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, no return shipping needed on your end.
