How long until my order arrives?
Each piece is made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production, followed by 5–10 business days for delivery, depending on your location.
Do you ship outside your country?
Yes, WithSouls ships internationally. Shipping costs and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
What size should I get?
Sizing varies by product. We recommend reviewing the size guide on each product page before ordering, as items are printed individually and cannot be adjusted afterward.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Because each piece is made to order, we're unable to accept returns for sizing or change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days and we will resolve it. Full details are available in our Returns & Refund Policy.
How do I track my order?
A tracking link will be sent to your email as soon as your order ships.
