Informativa sulle spedizioni

Every WithSouls piece is made especially for you when you order it — nothing sits pre-made on a shelf. Here's what that means for timing and delivery.

Production Time

Since each item is printed to order, please allow 2–7 business days for your piece to be made before it ships. This is separate from shipping transit time below.

Shipping Time

Once your order ships, delivery times depend on your location:

Italy: typically 3–7 business days
Rest of the European Union: typically 5–10 business days
International: typically 7–20 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees — carrier delays, customs processing, and other factors outside our control can affect delivery time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Customs & Import Duties

For orders shipped outside the EU, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
